Returns are not allowed due to the products I make, I can not take them back once they are opened, but if they are disastisfactory we can discuss options such as a remake, free products, or a coupon. I just ask that we are honest with each other.

To be elgible for a refund an email including photos and time stamps are required and it must be within two weeks from when you recieved your order. Liquidy scrubs are not elgible unless the liquid is over half the product.
